Having opted for the five-bedroom Wayford house type after discovering its spacious layout, the family are more than happy with their choice.
They said: “We liked the spacious layout and the sizes of the rooms; the kitchen and lounge are very bright with big windows and we’ve got a large garden too. The different spaces within our homes are flexible too; we use our separate dining room as a music room because the kitchen is smart and family friendly.
Feeling right at home, Elif and her family have also highlighted the impressive energy features on offer to them at the Wokingham development.
“The extra features like the EV charging point and the solar panels were additional positives - we’re already seeing lower energy bills. Overall, we’re very happy with this move.”
They have also praised Taylor Wimpey personnel who work at the development for helping make the switch to The Evergreens seamless and for the additional care they have received since moving in.
“We were really pleased with the buying process. Glenda from the sales team really helped make this move possible for us. The site team, including the Site Manager, Joe, have also been very helpful to us since we’ve moved in.”
