Our South Midlands team has sponsored Blisworth FC under 9s for the season as part of our ongoing commitment to supporting our development’s local communities.
Taylor Wimpey has also donated a public access defibrillator (PAD) to the club. As part of a joint initiative with the British Heart Foundation (BHF), the homebuilder is donating potentially life-saving PAD’s to communities around the UK to help people who suffer from an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest.
Sam King, Chairman at Blisworth FC, says: “We’re so grateful for Taylor Wimpey agreeing to be our sponsor for this season and funding this year’s shirts for our players at our under 9’s team. The team looks fantastic in the new kit and hopefully they can have another successful and enjoyable season.
“We’re also really grateful for the incredibly useful and possibly life-saving donation of a defibrillator, that will save precious time in the case of any life-threatening situations. The first few minutes are absolutely crucial in an emergency and I’d like to thank Taylor Wimpey for their generous gesture in providing such an important piece of equipment for our club.”
