We'll be your guaranteed buyer with Easymover Guaranteed

With Easymover Guaranteed you can market your old home first and if it doesn't sell, we'll buy your home in a Part Exchange.

Peace of mind when selling And a guaranteed buyer

Selling your home can be stressful but we’re here to help. With Easymover Guaranteed we'll help you market your own property through our Easymover scheme with an estate agent on the open market.

And if you don't sell within four weeks, we'll buy the property from you in Part Exchange*.

Qualification

Find out if your old property qualifies by speaking to one of the Sales Executives at the development you’d like to move to. You can book an appointment online or give them a call.

Let them know where your current home is and approximately how much it’s worth (your existing property should be no more than 70% of the value of the new Taylor Wimpey home you want to buy).

Once we have verified that your existing property qualifies for Easymover Guaranteed, you can go ahead and provisionally reserve your new home.

Valuation

We’ll arrange for at least two independent estate agents to value your existing property on our behalf. Our Part Exchange Homes Manager may also want to visit your home before making an offer.

We will then discuss a marketing price and make you a verbal Part Exchange offer, based on the independent valuations and subject to survey, which we’ll then follow up in writing.

Your home is marketed by an estate agent

You then have four weeks to sell your property on the open market and at an agreed price with the help of the selected independent Estate Agents.

If, after the four week period your home has not sold, then you can accept our Part Exchange offer and continue with the purchase of your new Taylor Wimpey home.
