For a deposit on a new home

Forces Help to Buy is a government-run scheme that was launched with the aim to make it easier for Armed Forces personnel to borrow up to 50% of their annual salary (up to a maximum of £25,000 interest free) to put towards the purchase of a home. This could be used for a deposit or other costs such as solicitor’s and estate agent’s fees. The loan is repayable in monthly instalments over the term provided.

The scheme is exclusively available to Armed Forces personnel and is available at many of our developments.
