It all starts with a simple conversation: sharing your love of your Taylor Wimpey home with friends and family!

If your friends or relatives are considering buying a Taylor Wimpey home based on your recommendation, we’ll reward you both. All you need to do is download a voucher, fill in your details and pass it onto them to do the same.

When your friends or family members have found their dream home, they must present the fully completed voucher to a Sales Executive at the point of reservation.

When are you rewarded?

If your friend or family member continues their buying journey with us, you’ll both receive £500 upon successful legal completion of their home.
