Callum, 30, and Lucas, 27,  previously rented a flat in nearby Camberley, but when the opportunity to buy their own coach house property with Taylor Wimpey and become part of the Dukes Quarter community came up, they wanted to seize it. Callum said: “Buying in Hampshire is a challenge, as the prices are high, which is often to the disadvantage of first time buyers like myself and my partner. Our coach house initially stood out to us due to its affordability. What’s not to like about getting a lot more for our money?”

As much as their property is the most important thing to them, both Callum and Lucas, who work in civil aviation, already feel part of the wider community, and have really appreciated the efforts of the Taylor Wimpey sales team to engage with them during the sales process and instantly make them feel invested in Dukes Quarter.

“The development is well balanced and nicely thought out. With summer on the way, we’re looking forward to making more use of the green spaces and walking areas! Keys to a dream home

“We bought our property unseen, but by the time we got the keys to our home, it was like we’d been living in Bordon already. This was down to the Taylor Wimpey sales team at Dukes Quarter, who really sold the area and the coach house to us. They took the time to walk us through the site plan, show us how our home fitted in and how the community was set up to benefit residents. We really felt a part of the overall vision of the development, which as a buyer is awesome.”
