Couple overjoyed with flexible Manford home at our Copthorne development

The couple made the switch from Old Coulsdon, Surrey after deciding on a new build home in a peaceful community with convenient transport links, which led them to Heathy Wood in Copthorne. 


Sarah said: “We moved from Old Coulsdon, Surrey to Copthorne as we wanted to live in a quieter area. There’s definitely a lovely friendly village feel to it and we’ve been welcomed by the local community.


“Heathy Wood is well spaced out and you don't feel like you're all on top of each other. It has easy access to South London for Ians job and Leatherhead for my job. We’re also closer to the coast which we really enjoy visiting on the weekend.”

Delighted with the development, the couple explained why they chose our four-bedroom Manford home.

“We chose the Manford as it has a nice fluid layout for entertaining but still feels homely; it’s spacious but still cosy. 

“The built in wardrobes help maximise the space in the bedrooms while the kitchen diner means you can cook but still be with your guests/family and not miss anything!”

“This was our first new build and the team in the sales office looked after us tremendously well and held our hands through each step. The process was incredibly smooth and we would definitely buy a new build with Taylor Wimpey again.”
