Mark and Joanna are delighted with their new home at our The Evergreens development, as they start looking ahead with excitement to the next stage of their lives.
The couple made the switch from Ashford, Surrey, after their search for a larger home in a peaceful community with abundant green space led them to the Wokingham development.
They said: “We relocated from Ashford because we were looking to move further from London. We’re expecting in February and wanted to move to a quieter area with plenty of green space nearby so we really reap the benefits when our family unit grows.
“The location sells itself. The green space is nothing like any other development we’ve looked at - it’s perfect for our two dogs. Other sites were just too big and we really wanted a smaller, tranquil community to move into.”
The couple have upsized to one of our four-bedroom Beech homes, and have already been busy renovating - having converted one bedroom into a home office.
“The Beech home is perfect for us. With it being a three storey home, you’re always able to escape to the top floor for some relaxation. Having an extra room that we’ve been able to convert into a home office is also great for us.”
Having utilised our part exchange scheme, Mark and Joanna are settling into life in a new, friendly community.
“We used the part exchange scheme which was super easy for us. The sales team kept us fully aware of everything and have catered to all our needs since we’ve moved in.
“Now we’re here, it’s great. We moved away from most of our friends and family to a new area, so it’s been nice seeing the community develop and getting to know all the neighbours.”
