Family finds dream Ipswich home during pandemic

Our East Anglia team has welcomed a new family to the Wolsey Grange development in Ipswich, Suffolk.

Steven Lawson, 43, his wife Abbi, 37, and their three sons immediately fell in love with the development and, after viewing the showhomes at Wolsey Grange, they knew that the three-bedroom Gosford was the perfect fit for them.

Steven said: “Wolsey Grange was the first development we visited when we started looking for a new home. The development is located in a fantastic area with lots of nature and greenery right on our doorstep. However, it was the showhome which really won us over as this was truly exceptional.”

Abbi added: “We wanted to buy a new build because we didn’t want to worry about having to do any additional work and we could get it exactly how we wanted. The Gosford is the perfect family home and it has everything we were looking for.”

The family were given the keys to their home in September and have been enjoying family life in their new house ever since. While buying a home during a pandemic presents some challenges in itself, the family found all the help and support they needed from our sales team at Wolsey Grange.
