First time buyers overjoyed with new apartment 

First time buyers Maddie and Craig are delighted with their new two-bedroom apartment at our Stanhope Gardens development.

Feeling right at home

The couple, who have made their first step onto the property ladder, are really impressed with the apartments spacious yet cosy layout, and took the time to explain why they chose one of our homes.

They said: “We are loving life in our new apartment and have settled in very quickly. It already feels like our home! We particularly like how spacious and light all the rooms are whilst still feeling cosy and homely. We love our balcony too as it’s great to have that outdoor space.

“We looked at buying a new build because we liked the idea of being able to pick everything out whilst watching the build process unfold. We went with Taylor Wimpey because our family had bought multiple new builds with them and had fantastic things to say.”

Maddie and Craig also explained what brought them to our Stanhope Gardens development in particular.

“We think the development is great. It’s nice and peaceful here. The neighbourhood we find ourselves in is exactly what we were looking for, and we’re so happy that we’ve been able to buy an apartment in such a vibrant and up and coming area. The best thing about the development is how well kept everything is, it feels safe and secure to live here.”
