New residents join growing community at Seagrave Park

The keys to a dream home

The couple didn’t have to look too far to find their dream home. Shannon said: “We were only living down the road, so we were very familiar with the area and knew that this was where we wanted to settle. Our previous property was one we did up ourselves and, because we had a lot of problems with it, we really wanted to buy a new build that was ready to move straight into.”
“We couldn’t fault our buying experience with Taylor Wimpey - they made sure the process was super simple and provided a great service throughout."
Shannon continues: “I had previously bought a home with Taylor Wimpey and was very happy with the brilliant build quality and customer service - I just knew we’d be in safe hands buyings at Seagrave Park.”
 
Shannon adds: “We picked the three-bedroom Tildale as we just loved the layout and bought the property off plan. The rooms are all a really good size and the kitchen/diner is brilliant for us. The shape of the house also makes it appear bigger and the double garage really appealed.”
 
Now settled in their dream home, the couple is enjoying their new life at Seagrave Park. Shannon concludes: “We love our new home and think the development is a great place to live - it’s brilliant really, not too big but yet not cramped either.”
