Part Exchange scheme helps couple make the move to Rownhams

A couple who previously lived in Totton are over the moon after securing their new home with the Part Exchange scheme at Taylor Wimpey’s development in Rownhams, Broadleaf Park. Neil Draper, 47 and Davia Muir, 31, moved into their five-bedroom home in May this year.

A streamlined purchasing process

The couple didn’t think twice about using Taylor Wimpey’s Part Exchange scheme after discovering the number of benefits that came with it. The process of Part Exchange with Taylor Wimpey removes the buying chain, streamlines the purchasing process and enables homebuyers to secure their desired property.

Taking off the pressure

Commenting on the couples buying experience with Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties, Neil said: “Using the Part Exchange scheme really did take the pressure off our homebuying experience and enabled us to not worry about the stresses of a chain. As well as this, the sales team at Broadleaf Park were always on hand to help answer any questions and they made the process extra smooth; we can't say enough good things about the Part Exchange team.

“We first looked at the house as it was in a lovely area, was close to our families and had good access to the M27. When we first viewed it we were enticed by its configuration; with a double garage and driveway, a separate utility room, a guest bedroom with its own ensuite and as both the kitchen and lounge were at the back of the property, we knew we would have lots of privacy.

“The house is perfect and we absolutely love it - it has exceeded our expectations completely. It always puts a smile on my face when leaving work, knowing I'm coming back to it.”
