A step up on the property ladder

Owen always intended on buying a new build home, saying: “there’s nothing like the feeling of living in a fresh new house.” 

Despite looking at other housebuilders when searching for his new home, Owen was sold on Taylor Wimpey: “Taylor Wimpey stands out with their house designs and prices. You get high quality homes for a reasonable price.”

Owen chose East Hollinsfield due to its commuting connections: “East Hollinsfield is in a very good location. It’s close to Manchester city centre and allows easy access to surrounding areas and facilities.”

When asked what he thought of the sales process, Owen said: “The sales team were really helpful, they were great from day one and walked us through the journey.“

As he wanted to upsize for a family, Owen opted for a four bedroom Lydford home: “I picked it because it has the advantage of a massive kitchen and good-sized bedrooms. It stands out from the other four bedroom homes because it has its own garage and there’s plenty of space everywhere.”

Since moving in at the start of July with his family, Owen is very pleased with his purchase: “The home is great and the development is a nice place to be in - it’s very quiet.”
