In Perranporth, at the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the B3285. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Station Road. Turn right onto Wheal Leisure. Turn left onto Liskey Hill B3284. The development is on your left beside Perranporth Community Primary School.

    From Penzance on A30 travelling East

    Follow the A30 to the Chiverton roundabout and take the 2nd exit, A3075 to Newquay. Follow the A3075 until B3284 is signposted on the left. Turn left on to the B3284 head towards Perranporth and the development is on the right just by the Primary School at the edge of the town.
