To support the growing community in Barming, we’ll be contributing £277,765 towards primary education facilities at Hermitage Lane Primary School and £67,392 towards the improvement of facilities at Barming Medical Practice as part of our planning obligations for Oakapple Place. Alongside this, our contributions to Maidstone Council and Kent County Council will help to improve the A26/Fountain Lane junction including a pedestrian crossing, and junction 5 of the M20, as well as local open space, community learning facilities and youth services.
