The homes on this modern development have been thoughtfully designed with three distinctive character areas including Victorian/Edwardian, Rolling Valley Farmland and Industrial edge. The surrounding woodland will be retained, and new and existing residents will have access to the nearby decoy pond, a significant feature in the local community.

Green spaces

You’ll find enviable views of arable farmland east of Stour View and there’s accessible walking routes around the village via public footpaths exposing views of the Stour Estuary. Pockets of green space are planned for the development and the provision of local areas of play will allow children to enjoy the outdoors.

A home is more than just a house, it’s also about the community that surrounds it. And that’s why we’re invested in building communities that support local businesses, provide much needed facilities for the area and bring people together.

To support the growing community in Brantham, we’ll be contributing £1,938,237 into the local area, including £950,118 towards education as part of our planning obligations for Stour View. We’re also providing a contribution towards primary healthcare, public open space and play facilities. Alongside this, our contribution to Babergh District Council will help to improve the local infrastructure.
