Reserving your new home

If you’ve found the home of your dreams and you are confident that you can afford to buy it, then it’s time to reserve it.

If you’re buying a new home from us, you may be able to choose your own fixtures and fittings – and you even get a two-year warranty on them. Many fixtures and fittings are built in as we construct your new home, so you’ll have more choices the earlier you reserve.

What will I need to pay for?

Buying a home is more complex than just putting down the deposit and paying a mortgage. You'll need to pay stamp duty and solicitors fees. There's also a reservation fee to pay.

Take a look at our guide to the Costs of Buying a home for more details.
