They can use screen sharing and video calling technology to take your reservation and complete your sale online if you wish.

Personalise your property

This is where it gets really exciting. With Touchpoint, you can plan and visualise how you’d like your new home to look. Select from our wide range of kitchen, bathroom and flooring options right down to how many downlighters and what style of light switches you want. You can even try this out before you buy. Just visit the home of your choice and select “personalise” to visualise how your new home could look.

Finalise your move arrangements

When your new home is ready, we could even finalise your move in details online. We can walk you through the paperwork on screen and use secure online technology to share documents, allowing you to sign remotely. Once the process is complete, all that’s left is for you to do is collect the keys and move in.
