We are preparing an outline planning application for a new development of 115 new homes on Land at Cross Road, Albrighton.
Our proposals include a variety of homes, as well as 35% being affordable homes and a large area of public open space featuring wildflower planting.
A public consultation was held in September 2025 and is now closed.
