This development consists of our Caledonian range of 4 and 5 bedroom homes with garden rooms on selected homes.
We propose to introduce a selection of our Caledonian range of 4 and five bedroom homes at Dargavel Village due to customer demand for larger family homes.  Ideal for contemporary living and offering additional features such as a study space or a garden room, these homes are flexible to be able to meet the demands of busy family life.  
The choice at Dargavel View will range from the MacLeod four bedroom detached (1,629 sq ft ) up to the Buchanan five bedroom detached (2,576 sq ft ).  Selected styles will include a garden room.

The appearance of our homes are thoughtfully designed to create character and a sense of place.

Our development maximises the latest Scottish Government Planning Policy called Designing Streets which puts pedestrians and cyclists first and helps to encourage their use as social spaces and create a sense of place.
