Based at local community hub, The Shed, Toddler Tuesdays provides a safe space for parents and toddlers to get stuck into a variety of activities and projects such as arts and crafts sessions, cake decorating, soft play and movie sessions, at no cost to them. The team at Taylor Wimpey South Thames chose to make a construction-themed donation of toys. Some of the toys purchased include toy trucks and diggers, toy hammers and even PPE items such as hard hats and hi vis vests.
Dayne Cartwright, Managing Director at The Shed said: “We want to thank Taylor Wimpey for this generous donation. We were in need of new toys and to see the reaction of the children at the playgroup once the new toys arrived made it so worthwhile.
“The kids were so happy and feedback from parents has been great. We look forward to seeing how much fun they have with their new toys. ”
Louise Adams, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey South Thames, said: “Toddler Tuesdays provides a vital space for children and parents throughout Bordon and Whitehill. The opportunities it provides are crucial and we’re proud to have been able to provide the playgroup with new toys.”
