We are preparing to submit an outline planning application for a new residential development to be built on land east of Wimblebury Road, Heath Hayes, Cannock.

Our application includes plans for up to 450 modern, future-ready homes and the enabling works for the Wimblebury Road Relief Road (WRRR). The development is designed to encourage sustainable and healthy living, with enhanced open spaces and new play facilities included in the proposal.

We’re committed to creating a neighbourhood that reflects the local character, blends seamlessly with Heath Hayes, and provides new green spaces for the whole community to enjoy.
