Land at West of Denham Lane Butlers Field

We are preparing an outline planning application for a development of up to 150 new homes for Land at West of Denham Lane (Butlers Field), Chalfont St Peter, with 50% of the homes proposed as affordable housing.

We hosted a public exhibition on Monday 10th November 2025 (4-7pm at Gerrards Cross Golf Club) to present our emerging residential proposals for new homes at the site to the local community. A copy of the exhibition board displayed at the event can be downloaded here.

If you could not attend our event in person but would like to have your say on the emerging proposals, a copy of the feedback form can be downloaded here. Completed forms can be returned to us via email at chalfontstpeter@devcomms.co.uk or by freepost at “Freepost DevComms”.

Our consultation period will run until midnight on Friday 21st November (now extended by 10 days to Monday 1st December 2025 in response to a technical issue with some of the QR codes).

Following this, all comments we receive will be reviewed and considered as part of preparing the forthcoming application.
