We have secured an Approval of Matters Specified in Conditions (AMSC) planning consent from Fife Council for the development of land in the Kingswood area of Dunfermline. The development will provide 141 new homes, and it forms part of what will become known as Dunfermline’s New City Quarter.
Planning Permission in Principle (PPiP) has already been secured for the wider Kingswood masterplan development, and this planning approval confirms our detailed plans for housing, landscaping, and building materials for its development.
