Coatham Meadows
The perfect place to be
Coatham Meadows is in a location that balances the quiet of countryside living with the convenience of connection. With the sprawling Preston Park just 2.3 miles away, residents have access to beautiful green space. The market town of Yarm is just over a mile away, and is full of boutiques, cafes, shops and restaurants. The development is also within easy reach of several well-regarded schools, with four primary schools within a 1-mile radius, and two secondary schools within 1.5 miles. Whether residents are commuting for work or travelling for leisure, Coatham Gardens’ excellent connectivity makes that easy. The A66 and A19 are nearby, and there are three train stations - Yarm, Eaglescliffe, and Allens West - that offer travel links to Darlington, Middlesbrough, and even London.

Coatham Gardens welcome card competition
Pupils were invited to design creative cards, and Alex Nesbitt, 10, won with a design now given to new homeowners.
To celebrate their efforts, the top three received vouchers: Alex won £50, Daisy Wall £30, and Myrto Beintari £20.
Mrs. Gregory, Headteacher at Durham Lane Primary, said: “Our pupils loved using their creativity for this project.”
Nicki Hope, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire, added: “We’re grateful to all participants. Choosing a winner was tough, but Alex’s design was the perfect welcome for our homeowners.”
