Shaws Lane

We are preparing proposals for a new development of around 150 new homes on land at Shaws’ Lane, Eccleshall. 

In addition to a range of homes, 40% of which will be affordable housing to meet local needs, our plans also include a brand new park and garden of remembrance for the community to enjoy. 

New and existing residents will also benefit from new pedestrian access and active travel routes, connecting the new park and garden to Eccleshall High Street and beyond.

The public consultation event on this development has now taken place, however, all feedback that was received before the 1st July 2025 will be considered carefully by the project team as we finalise and prepare to submit our application to Stafford Borough Council.
