Shaws Lane

We have submitted an outline planning application for a new development of around 150 new homes on land at Shaws' Lane, Eccleshall.

In addition to a range of homes, 40% of which will be affordable housing to meet local needs, our plans also include a brand new park and a garden of remembrance for the community to enjoy.

New and existing residents will also benefit from new pedestrian access and active travel routes, connecting the new park and garden to Eccleshall High Street and beyond.

All feedback received during our public consultation was considered and we have now submitted an outline planning application to Stafford Borough Council. The application can be found on the council's planning portal under reference 25/41542/OUT
