Cranbrook is a new community in East Devon close to the City of Exeter. It is a key housing development within the "West End" of East Devon in close proximity to employment developments as well as being linked to Exeter and further afield by good quality road, rail and public transport links. Walking and cycle links, including into the surrounding countryside and the new Clyst Valley Regional Park all form part of the charm of Cranbrook.

EDDC are currently considering our application, in conjunction with preparing their Development Plan for Cranbrook. We will continue to work with EDDC to secure a suitable consent for the site and will update this page further as the Development Plan progresses
