Learn more about our proposals for an exciting new community at the land off Alton Lane, Four Marks.
We are preparing proposals for up to 230 new homes at land off Alton Lane, Four Marks, before submitting a planning application to East Hampshire District Council. As part of this process, we are seeking views from the local community to help shape our plans.
Taylor Wimpey has developed an illustrative masterplan for the site. This plan shows how homes could be sensitively accommodated alongside extensive green spaces, new habitats for wildlife, and improved walking and cycling connections into Four Marks.
Our emerging proposals, which have been informed by our recent technical work, will include a mix of properties, with 40% affordable housing to help meet local need. These new homes will cater for a wide range of buyers – from first-time buyers and young couples to growing families and downsizers.
Our proposals will deliver a high-quality and sustainable development that provides much-needed new homes for Four Marks.
Our proposal
- Up to 230 new homes, including 40% affordable housing
- Extensive public open space and landscaping, including play areas and green corridors
- New habitats and enhancements to biodiversity, delivering at least a 10% biodiversity net gain
