We have submitted a detailed planning application for up to 68 new homes on land east of Easby Lane, Great Ayton.

The development will provide a variety of new homes ranging from one to five bedroom homes, including up to 30% provided as affordable housing.

We held a public exhibition event at Great Ayton Methodist Church on Wednesday 9th July 2025 where members of the project team were on hand to answer any questions local residents had. A copy of the exhibition boards displayed at the event can be downloaded here.
