We are preparing a detailed planning application for up to 79 new homes on land east of Easby Lane, Great Ayton.

The development will provide a variety of new homes ranging from one to five bedroom homes, including up to 30% provided as affordable housing.

We held a public exhibition event at Great Ayton Methodist Church on Wednesday 9th July 2025 where members of the project team were on hand to answer any questions local residents had. A copy of the exhibition boards displayed at the event can be downloaded here.

Our consultation period ends at midnight on Wednesday 23rd July 2025 and all feedback received will shape our planning application, which we intend to submit to North Yorkshire Council (Hambleton) at the end of summer 2025.
