We are preparing an outline planning application for up to 350 high-quality, energy-efficient new homes, landscaped open space and biodiversity areas south of Western Road, Hagley.
The site was identified by Bromsgrove District Council as a potential option for residential development in the Draft Development Strategy, which will inform the emerging new Bromsgrove Local Plan.
Our proposals include a range of styles and tenures, with 50% being provided as affordable housing, including shared ownership homes that would appeal to first-time buyers.
We are taking a landscape-led approach to development, with a significant proportion of the site area provided as high-quality new landscaped public open space and biodiversity areas. As well as outdoor recreational facilities including play areas for young people.
