Restoring the riverside corridor with public access
Creating new and complementary sports facilities, spaces and opportunities for young people
Community infrastructure shaped around local needs
45% affordable housing for local people
We have set up a dedicated consultation website, www.londonroadhenfield.co.uk, where you can find out more about the plans and provide your feedback. The project team will be hosting a webinar to talk through the proposals from 7pm to 8pm on Thursday 5th February 2026.
The consultation runs until midnight on Friday 20 February 2026.
