Land at Skimmers Field

Taylor Wimpey is progressing an Outline Planning Application for Land at Skimmers Field. 

Taylor Wimpey hosted a public exhibition on Wednesday 16th June, to present its proposals for the new homes at the site to the local community. A copy of the exhibition boards can be downloaded here

All comments were reviewed and our updated proposals were submitted to the Council on the 5th of November 2025. The planning application and updated proposals can be viewed on the Council’s website here.
