Taylor Wimpey is excited to present our emerging plans for a sustainable community on land east of Ratby Lane, Markfield, featuring approximately 130 homes, new public open spaces, green infrastructure and a children’s play area.

Our vision is to create a thoughtfully designed extension to Markfield that meets local housing needs while respecting the area’s unique character and heritage.

Identified by Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council in their draft local plan as suitable for development, we are committed to delivering a neighbourhood that integrates seamlessly into the existing community.
