Proposed Development on the eastern side of Radford Semele

Overview
We have submitted an outline planning application for a thoughtfully designed residential development of up to 125 new homes on the eastern side of the village of Radford Semele.

Our proposals include a proportion of affordable housing (up to 40%), including homes for social rent and shared ownership.  Green space, biodiversity and community wellbeing are prioritised as part of our proposed scheme.

All feedback we received during our public consultation was considered and we have now submitted an outline planning application to Warwick District Council. The application can be found on the council’s planning portal under reference W/25/1716.
