We are bringing forward proposals for a thoughtfully designed residential development in the town of Shipston-on-Stour comprising approximately 110 new homes, including a proportion of affordable housing.

A significant proportion of the total site area is proposed to be retained as publicly accessible open space.

Existing green infrastructure will be retained as much as possible, with extensive planting significantly increasing tree cover and the number of places of habitat across the site.

Outdoor recreational facilities are to include play areas and footpath networks.
