We have submitted an outline planning application for a new development of up to 110 new homes in Shipston-on-Stour.

Our proposals include up to 35% affordable homes, with homes for social rent and shared ownership properties.

Our plans also incorporate significant areas of publicly accessible open space, including play areas, a community orchard/garden and areas of biodiversity enhancement.

All feedback we received during our public consultation was considered and we have now submitted an outline planning application to Stratford-on-Avon District Council. The application can be found on the council’s planning portal under reference 25/03144/OUT
