Find out about our plans for an exciting new community in Southam

We are preparing an outline planning application for a new development of up to 275 new homes on the northern edge of Southam, on land west of Coventry Road. 


Our proposals include a variety of homes, including affordable housing and a range of community facilities.

A public consultation event has now taken place. All feedback we received before 3rd August 2025 will be considered as we finalise and submit a planning application to Stratford-upon-Avon District Council in autumn 2025.
