We are preparing proposals for a new development of approximately 140 new homes on land at Marlborough Road, Walton, Stone.

As well as a range of homes, including affordable housing to meet local needs, our plans also include areas of green open space for the public to enjoy.

The public consultation event on this development has now taken place, however, you can still provide any feedback or thoughts via email to: [email protected]. All feedback received before 22nd May 2025 will be considered carefully by the project team as we finalise and submit a planning application to Stafford Borough Council in summer 2025.
