We are preparing an outline planning application for a new development of up to 600 high-quality, energy-efficient homes, community facilities and extensive landscaped public open spaces north of Little Hardwick Road, Streetly.

The site has been identified as a draft allocation for housing growth in the emerging new Walsall Borough Local Plan.

Our proposals include a variety of homes, including affordable housing and a range of community facilities such as a site for potential healthcare uses or a new community building and new community allotments. As well as new landscaped public open space, including a multi-functional local park providing access to outdoor recreation for the new and existing community.

It is important to us that we listen to feedback from local residents and you can find out more about our emerging plans and share your comments by visiting our dedicated community consultation website at: www.twstreetly.co.uk

You can also contact our consultation team with any questions about the proposed development via hello@twstreetly.co.uk.

We are also hosting an in person consultation event on Thursday 12th November 2026. Visitors will have the opportunity to view our plans and have their questions answered by our project team.

Date: Thursday 12th November 2026

Time: 2pm - 6.30pm
