Learn about our plans for a new development on land at Weeton Road, Wesham
We are preparing an outline planning application for a development of up to 250 new homes on land at Weeton Road, Wesham, with 30% of the homes to be provided as affordable housing. Our proposals also include new areas of public open space, including a recreational space and a play area, as well as new pedestrian and cycle links to provide connectivity to the local area.
We are also aiming to enhance the natural environment and achieve at least 10% Biodiversity Net Gain.
We want to listen to feedback from local residents as we develop and finalise our outline planning application ahead of submission to Fylde Borough Council in summer 2025. As our plans develop, further consultation will take place on the finer details, such as mix, layout and the design of the homes.
You can find further details of our plans below, and you can provide your feedback by clicking the ‘Have Your Say’ button or emailing [email protected]
Our consultation period will run until midnight on Friday 20th June 2025.
