Learn about our plans for an exciting new development off Chapel Lane - Widnes, Cheshire

At Chapel Lane, we are aiming to deliver up to 350 high quality and energy efficient homes in a range of styles and sizes, including affordable homes, to respond to the local housing needs in Widnes.

The site will be a natural extension to the north of Widnes, on land east of Chapel Lane. The site is in a sustainable location with good transport links, including safe, convenient access to nearby bus stops, railway station and other local facilities. Widnes town centre is located just 2.6 miles away from the proposed development.

Our Chapel Lane proposals will include walking and cycling routes throughout the site and include a central green corridor lined with trees and hedgerows, retaining all high-quality trees where possible. Over the 35 acres of land, landscaping and new open green spaces will make the the most of the space for new and existing residents.
