Alcester Road

We have submitted an outline planning application for a new neighbourhood of up to 110 homes on land west of Alcester Road and to the south of Brick Kiln Lane, Wythall, Bromsgrove District.

Around 50% of the homes would be affordable homes, including shared ownership properties, and a significant proportion of the site will be landscaped open space with wildlife habitats, walking routes and play areas.
