Our West London team has helped ReadiFood continue its vital support to the local community with a food donation.
As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting local communities, we asked local residents at our Croft Gardens development to donate produce which was delivered safely to the food bank by the sales team.
ReadiFood aims to relieve poverty in Reading and its surrounding areas by providing emergency food and home supplies to those most in need.
Sarah Mawby, Administrator at ReadiFood, said: “We’re so grateful to Taylor Wimpey and the residents at Croft Gardens for this kind and generous donation. Our food bank relies on the support of the public to continue to help those in need. We’re thrilled to have received this donation and it will go a long way in helping people who are in need of food and home goods, especially during the colder weather.”
Gemma Bibby, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey West London, said: “We’re really proud to be able to make this donation to ReadiFood. The work that food banks do both within the towns and across the country is invaluable to those in need and we’re more than happy to show our support for such an important cause.”
