We welcome new resident to Croft Gardens

Mirela Alexandru was thrilled to bring in the new year in her brand new home at our Croft Gardens development in Spencers Wood.

Mirela was instantly attracted to a three bedroom, semi detached Cranford house type after living in a two bed flat. To secure her home, Mirela opted to use the government backed Help to Buy: Equity Loan scheme and our easymover scheme.

Mirela said: “I loved the location and surroundings of Croft Gardens. It is ideal for walks and exercise and has a welcoming and friendly community. As soon as I visited the development I knew that I wanted to live here.”

Commenting on her decision to buy a new build home, Mirela said: “As a young professional, the idea of a home being low maintenance was extremely attractive to me. The design, style and size of the Cranford is what sealed my decision that this was the house for me. It ticked all the boxes!”

Discussing her home buying journey, Mirela said: “I cannot praise the sales team enough. I had to go through the process of selling my flat which can be a very daunting task. The team were approachable, knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way and always kept in regular contact.”

Mirela is looking forward to the future at Croft Gardens and said: “I am very grateful to the Taylor Wimpey team. They have been incredibly supportive both during and after my move. Selling and buying a house can be stressful, however it has been worth it as I now have a beautiful home.”
