NHBC award win

One of our site managers, based in Bampton, has been recognised as one of the best in Oxfordshire after winning a second award for his dedication to quality housebuilding.

Matt Harris, who oversees work at our Bampton Meadows development in Mount Owen Road, has been named as a Seal of Excellence winner in this year’s National House-Building Council (NHBC) Pride in the Job Quality Award scheme.

The Seal of Excellence is one of the top honours handed out by the NHBC each year. They recognise and reward a site manager’s dedication to achieving the highest standards in house building, as well as their commitment to building homes of outstanding quality.

Out of 10,000 Site Managers from around the UK, Matt is one of a select few to receive the Seal of Excellence.

Matt said: “Myself and my team are incredibly proud to have been awarded the Seal of Excellence for our site in Bampton. It shows that all our hard work, attention to detail, commitment, leadership for the industry and maintaining the highest quality for our clients and customers has not gone unnoticed.

“It shows to our customers that we are knowledgeable and fully aware of what is required to successfully complete and handover their units to the highest standard, whilst maintaining a safe and clean site. It also reassures customers that quality and safety assurance has been achieved and followed.”

The Seal of Excellence is the next step up from the Quality Award, which Matt won in July this year.
