Tim Just, Section Leader at 1st Bowerhill said: “Our focus is very much on the wellbeing of the children. Lockdown has affected different age groups differently, and we’ve found that getting them out and about has had a positive impact.
“We are really grateful to Taylor Wimpey for their donation, it will go a long way in helping us secure a new minibus for our group.”
Rob Curry, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey Bristol said: “We are really pleased to be able to make this contribution towards new transport for the Bowerhill Scout Group.
“We are continually looking at ways we can get involved and support the communities surrounding our developments, particularly when it comes to important organisations who provide care and support for children in the area, such as scout groups.”
