Yvonne and Kevin Perrott moved into their semi-detached property in May 2020 after selling their three-bed terraced home in Chipping Norton. 

Yvonne said: “We really liked the development and surrounding area; we chose a new-build home because it was perfect for our lifestyle. The layout of the house is ideal for what we need, and we love the size of our garden.”
