We support local fundraiser for Ukraine

Harborough Fayres CIC raised £2,000 for the people of Ukraine thanks to donations from our East Midlands team

Supporting local communities

Taylor Wimpey East Midland's £800 donation provided the stage and sound engineer for the music event held in The Square on Saturday 26th March.

Visitors to the event were able to enjoy performances from Tony Julian, AnneMarie Marlow, John Mayer, Kyle Newman, The Youth Theatre and The Dolce Sisters. 

The well-attended event raised a significant amount of money, which will be donated to the Disaster Emergency Committee Ukraine Appeal.

Juliette Maher, Director of Harborough Fayres CIC, said: “As director of Harborough Fayres CIC, I would like to thank Taylor Wimpey for the ongoing support of events in Market Harborough. Without their generosity, we would struggle for such events to take place.”

Olivia Peters, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey East Midlands, said: “We’ve all been saddened by the scene we’ve witnessed on our TVs in the last few weeks and hearts go out to the people of Ukraine. As a community, it’s great that we can come together and show our support for those in need.”
