Work has begun in Darlington and Stockton-on-Tees

We have marked the start of work on two new developments that will provide a range of new homes and community facilities in County Durham and Teesside

Contributing over £10M to our local communities

The developments will also bring a range of additional benefits for the local area through on-site facilities and planning contributions of more than £10.3m.

Jackie Coulthard, Managing Director for Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire, said: “We’re delighted to begin making progress on two major new sites. As well as providing high quality homes for local people, our developments will feature a range of facilities for new residents and the existing community to make use of, including land for a new primary school in Darlington.
