Bristol Saracens Rugby Club has received sponsorship from Taylor Wimpey Bristol during their 125th anniversary season

Bristol Saracens RFC celebrate 125 years

Our Bristol team has donated £3000 to supply the whole club with commemorative polo shirts to mark the 125th anniversary season. 

Established in 1896, Bristol Saracens RFC provides rugby training and matches for the local community, with players competing in Gloucester Premier throughout Bristol, Somerset and Gloucester. The club is entering a special season as they proudly open their new facilities: extended changing rooms and a complete renovation of the clubhouse.

Rob Curry, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey Bristol, added: “We are always keen to support community groups in the areas in which we build and are proud to sponsor Bristol Saracens RFC. We wish them the best of luck for the upcoming season.”

Commenting on the sponsorship, Will Harding, 1st XV captain of Bristol Saracens RFC, said: “We are extremely grateful for the support we’ve received from Taylor Wimpey and we can’t thank them enough for their generous donation.

“It’s a special year for the club with the new clubhouse and the anniversary celebrations. Taylor Wimpey’s sponsorship will mean we can proudly commemorate the season and all three senior sides and supporters will have something to remember it by.”
