School children get creative designing bird boxes and bug hotels

Year 2 Pupils at a Garrick Green Infant School, in Norwich, have been busy designing and painting bird boxes and bug hotels ready to welcome birds and insects to their new homes

Caroline Carter, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey East Anglia, said: “We would like to say a huge thank you to the pupils from Garrick Green Infant school for getting involved with our competition - they did a fantastic job. 

“Enhancing the natural environment that surrounds our community is really important to us and we hope it’s only a matter of time before the bird boxes and bug hotels are full with lots of wonderful species.”
